When you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, you authorize Continuas to access the email content, threads, metadata, and contacts needed to surface follow-ups and draft replies. We process this data solely to operate the Service for you.

- Usage data, features used, actions taken, and timestamps, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Device and log data, IP address, browser type, and similar technical details.
- Cookies, used to keep you signed in and understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including reading threads, determining follow-up timing, and drafting messages in your voice.
- Personalize your experience, such as generating drafts that match your writing style.
- Process transactions and manage your subscription.
